  • Please allow 24-48 hours for email responses. We do not answer emails or ship during the weekends.
  • All orders will be processed within 2 business days of receiving payment.
  • Following processing, all orders are followed up with a courtesy email notification. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days of ordering, please contact us immediately to confirm we have received payment.
  • Once processed, all orders  are shipped via priority mail post service. Estimated delivery time: 3 -10 business days from process date.
  • All international order from Europe - Australia- South Korea - Asia - Uk - Others  orders are shipped via Express mail. Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days from process date.
  • For your peace of mind, faster service, and in order to provide a tracking number, for all International orders shipped via Express International shipping or Priority mail.
  • Delays in the mail are beyond our control.
  • Our products are natural and 100% Organic. Highly quality , fresh , all-natural and have not in any way been chemically altered from their natural state.

  • Mastercard: Mastercard
  • Transfer to our bank:  Banco de Credito Del Peru
  • Money order or western Union wire trasfer:  you need the name and phone number of the receive person and this information will be send by email.

Refund Policy

  • All Order can be returned within 5 days of receipt of the order. If you returned an  order , your order need to be  send  by mail with the original sealed package. The refund will be process within 14 days business days after we receive the packages.
  • The refund will be minus shipping cost and administration cost.
  • We do not accept returns of any item thas was returner more than 5 days after delivery and any item that is not in the original sealed condition, damaged, misising part or others. We always open to work out for a better solution for you .

Tracking order

  • Once we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped. Please give a few days until the tracking number show in the systems

Products Legal in my country

  • You can order any of our products, however you should note that some of our products may be restricted or require documentation or additional payments to customs destination. We recommend consult any information with the customs authorities from you country regarding any limitation of your orders.
